KASTO began with a van, four Italian friends, and 7,000 kilometres of raw Australian coastline. Surfboards strapped to the roof. A shared conviction that food could be both deeply Italian and entirely plant-based.
We make everything in our kitchen — from the dough to the meatballs. Pasta is rolled by hand each morning. Sauces simmer from scratch. Nothing comes from a packet. Ever.
